INGREDIENTS
Patties Base
- 🦃 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
Cooking and Sauce
- 🥣 1/2 cup chicken broth, low-sodium
- Nonstick cooking spray
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, and prepared mustard. Shape the mixture into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Preheat a large skillet and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Add the patties and cook, turning once to brown the other side. Continue cooking until the patties are golden brown on the outside and white inside, about 10 minutes.
Remove the patties from the skillet. Add chicken broth to the same skillet and bring to a high boil. Cook until the broth slightly thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the patties before serving.
