INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🥔 2 small potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 handful green onion
- 1 pinch chili pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 200 ml water
- A dash of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the potatoes and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Place the potatoes and onion into a pot or earthenware bowl.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and add it to the pot.
Add the green onion and chili pepper to the pot.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients in the pot.
Add water to the pot and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy! Perfect for mixing with rice.
