INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 500g beef chunks
- 🍅 3 tomatoes
- 🥔 1 potato
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Additional Ingredients
- 🥕 1 carrot, diced

- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Water as needed
STEPS
Blanch the beef to remove impurities and drain for later use.
Heat the pot and oil, stir-fry the onion until fragrant, then add carrots and potatoes to lightly stir-fry.
Add the blanched beef chunks and stir well before adding tomato paste.
Cut the tomatoes into pieces and add them into the pot along with water. Bring to boil and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
Add salt, soy sauce, and white pepper powder to season. Continue simmering for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Finally, thicken the sauce over high heat. Serve and enjoy.
