Sauce Ingredients
- 💧 300ml water
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Starch Mixture
- Equal parts starch and water

STEPS
Freeze the tofu in its packaging for one day.
Defrost the tofu in cold water and prepare it. Press the tofu firmly to remove excess water.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces resembling meat chunks.
Place tofu and starch in a plastic bag and shake to coat evenly.
Fry the tofu in oil over medium heat until golden and crispy.
In a pan, combine water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Heat until boiling.
Add vegetables of your choice to the sauce and cook until tender.
Gradually add the starch mixture to the sauce to thicken it to your desired consistency.
