INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Wet Ingredients

- 🥚 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Fruits

STEPS
Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Add milk, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla to the dry mix. Stir until well blended.
Fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
Grease and heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Drop batter spoonfuls onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 2-3 minutes; then flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
