INGREDIENTS

- 🦑 2 squids
- 1/4 radish
- 1/2 zucchini
- 3 chili peppers
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp perilla oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
STEPS
Prepare radish, zucchini, and chili peppers. Optionally, add onion.
Slice the squid into bite-sized pieces. If using pre-cleaned squid, it saves time.
In a pot, add squid and radish. Stir-fry with 3 tbsp perilla oil.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir-fry until radish becomes slightly transparent.
Pour water until squid and radish are submerged.
Add 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 2 tbsp fish sauce.
Skim off foam while boiling the soup.
Add prepared vegetables and boil until fully cooked.
Serve hot and enjoy your squid radish soup.
