INGREDIENTS
Pasta / Base
- 🍝 1 (9 ounce) package cheese-filled tortellini
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Cheese
- đź§€ â…“ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Toppings
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
Dressing
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
STEPS
Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in the tortellini and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, until tortellini float to the top and the filling is hot, about 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Combine tortellini, cherry tomatoes, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and black olives in a bowl.
Add enough Italian-style salad dressing to coat the ingredients. Toss everything together and season with salt and black pepper.
