- 200g fish cake
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp allulose
- đź’§ 3-4 tbsp water
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Prepare the sauce by mixing chili powder, soy sauce, allulose, garlic, and water. Let the chili powder soak.
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and chop the green onion into large chunks.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a small pan over medium heat.
Add green onion and garlic to the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry over low heat for 1 minute to infuse the flavors.
Pour 2/3 of the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry over low heat.
Taste and adjust seasoning by adding the remaining sauce if needed.
Stir-fry for another 2 minutes over low heat, adding water if the mixture becomes too dry.
Serve the stir-fried fish cake on a plate. Enjoy!
