INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 🍅 1 can (14.5 ounces) low-sodium chopped tomatoes, undrained
- 💧 2 cups water
