Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin

STEPS
Blanch 2 slices of spam in boiling water to reduce saltiness and grease.
Cut the spam into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden.
Slice 1 onion and sauté with 1 tbsp minced garlic until slightly softened.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp mirin, and 6 tbsp water to the pan. Simmer on low heat.
Once the onion softens, add the fried spam and simmer briefly.
Beat 1 egg, chop green onion, and pour over the mixture. Turn off the heat while the egg is still slightly runny.
Serve the spam onion mixture over rice and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
