INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 60 saltine crackers
- 🍚 1/3 cup white sugar
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 🧈 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 🍯 1/3 cup honey
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Crush saltine crackers either with your hands in a bowl or with a food processor. Add sugar and salt; mix.
Mix in melted butter, followed by honey. Press the crust mixture into the prepared pie pan using a measuring cup.
Bake in the oven until golden and set, about 16 minutes.
Remove the pie crust from the oven and, while still hot, use the measuring cup to re-form the crust as it may fall down while baking. Let cool before adding the filling of your choice.
