- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg. Dissolve baking soda in milk and mix in.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Combine this mixture with the pumpkin mixture. Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts, and vanilla.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly browned.
