INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 1 cup butter, melted
- 🍯 ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 🍭 ¾ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 🥜 1 cup peanut butter
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 🌾 ¾ cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and eggs until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, wheat bran, rolled oats, and baking soda. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until well incorporated.
Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Remove the cookies from the oven and transfer them to a rack to cool.
