INGREDIENTS
Liquor
- 1 1/2 ounces aged rum
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
Sweetener
- 1/2 ounce pure maple syrup
Egg
- 🥚 1 whole egg
Garnishes
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Ground nutmeg for garnish
Ice
- Ice cubes
STEPS

Combine rum, orange liqueur, maple syrup, and egg in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until pressure builds and mixture starts to emulsify.

Add ice and rosemary to shaker. Cover and shake until outside of shaker is frosted.
