INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 2 ½ pounds chicken drumettes
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 large potatoes, cut into large chunks
- 🥕 2 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 🧅 1 large onion, cut into 8 pieces
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic, crushed
Liquids
- 💧 ¼ cup water
- ½ cup soy sauce
Condiments and Spices
- 🍬 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
STEPS

In a large pot over medium heat, combine the chicken drumettes, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, water, soy sauce, sugar, and gochujang.
