INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds ground lean turkey
- ⅔ cup dry Italian bread crumbs
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 🧀 ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 🍅 ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt
For Greasing
- 2 teaspoons Melt® Organic Buttery Spread, softened
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a broiler pan with the buttery spread.
Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan, tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, rosemary, mustard, cayenne, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
Form the mixture into 30 meatballs and place them onto the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until the meatballs are no longer pink inside, about 15 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
