- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥕 1 carrot
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste

STEPS
Cut the beef brisket into small pieces, blanch to remove impurities, and set aside.
Cut tomatoes into chunks, peel and dice potatoes and carrots.
Heat a pan, add olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add tomato chunks and stir-fry briefly.
Add the beef brisket and appropriate amount of hot water, bring to boil, then season with tomato paste and dried herbs.
Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, add potatoes and carrots, and continue to simmer for 20 minutes until the beef and vegetables are tender.
Season with salt to taste, plate, and serve.
