- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
- 🧄 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 (6.5 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and mashed
Dairy
- ½ cup sour cream

- Ground black pepper to taste
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix thawed spinach, red bell pepper, garlic, mashed artichokes, sour cream, and parmesan cheese together in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. If the mixture is too thick, use heavy cream to thin it to a dip consistency. Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
