INGREDIENTS
Marinade
- 🥢 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 🧄 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Protein
- 🐟 4 (4 ounce) fillets yellowfin tuna
STEPS
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and ground black pepper. Add the yellowfin tuna fillets. Seal the bag with minimal air, shake the mixture to coat thoroughly, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Remove tuna from the marinade and place on the preheated grill. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side for rare, 5 to 8 minutes per side for medium, or 8 to 10 minutes per side for well-done tuna.
