INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
- 1 ½ cups slivered almonds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
Wet Ingredients and Seasoning
- ½ cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
- ⅓ cup packed brown sugar
- 🍯 ⅓ cup honey
- 🍁 ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 🧂 ¾ teaspoon salt
Optional Additions
- 2 cups dried cranberries
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix oats, pecans, almonds, and coconut flakes in a large bowl.
Heat oil, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a saucepan until boiling, then remove from heat.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stir, and bake for another 5 minutes until golden. Cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
Toss cooled granola with cranberries and store in an airtight container.
