INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 50g dried shrimp
- 💧 1/4 cup water
- 300g garlic scape
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut 300g of garlic scape into 4cm lengths.
Heat a dry pan and stir-fry 50g of dried shrimp over medium heat for 1 minute.
Place the stir-fried shrimp in a sieve and shake off any excess powder.
Turn the heat to high and add 1/4 cup of water to the pan, bringing it to a boil.
Once boiling, add 300g of garlic scape and 1/3 tbsp of salt. Stir-fry until the water evaporates.
When the water has evaporated, add the stir-fried shrimp.
Add 2 tbsp of sugar and stir briefly, then add 4 tbsp of soy sauce.
Pour 4 tbsp of cooking oil near the shrimp and stir-fry.
Turn off the heat and mix in 2 tbsp of sesame oil, 1.5 tbsp of corn syrup, and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds.
