INGREDIENTS

Butter
- 🧈 2 cups cold butter, cubed
Liquids
- 🥚 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 💧 3 fluid ounces cold water

Stir flour and salt together in a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles pea-sized chunks.
