INGREDIENTS
Bread & Seasoning
- 🥖 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 🍞 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 🧀 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 🍋 2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 🧄 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 🧅 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Liquids
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 🥛 1 cup whole milk
Main
- 🍗 6 (4-ounce) chicken breast cutlets
STEPS
Gather all ingredients.
Process croutons in a food processor until finely crumbled, about 8 pulses.
Prepare dredging station by mixing croutons, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, oregano, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne in a shallow bowl. Whisk Caesar dressing and milk in another shallow bowl.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 2 minutes. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray.
Working with one cutlet at a time, coat it in the dressing mixture, shake off excess, and dredge in the crouton mixture. Press firmly to ensure even coating.
Cook the cutlets in the air fryer in batches for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer cooked cutlets to serving platter and repeat with remaining chicken. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese and dressing.
