INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 packs nurungji chips
- A small amount of green onion
- A small amount of carrot
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 1 pack creamy imitation crab
- đź’§ 500 ml water
- 1.5 tbsp chicken stock
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare the nurungji chips, green onion (chopped), carrot (julienned), shiitake mushroom (sliced), and creamy imitation crab (shredded).
Add the prepared ingredients to a wok or deep pan.
Pour 500 ml of water into the pan.
Season with 1.5 tbsp of chicken stock.
Beat 2 eggs and pour them into the pan.
Serve the finished porridge in a bowl and garnish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and a small amount of sesame seeds.
