INGREDIENTS
Fruit
- 🍓 1 ¼ cups fresh raspberries
Sweeteners
- ⅔ cup white sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, or more as needed
Citrus
- 🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 🥛 ½ cup milk
- 🧈 4 tablespoons salted butter
Flavorings
- 🍫 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder, or more to taste

Bring raspberries, white sugar, and lemon juice to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Strain; cool 5 minutes.
