INGREDIENTS

- 1 pound ground chicken breast
- 🥚 1 large egg, lightly beaten

- 1/3 cup panko
- 🥛 1/3 cup whole milk
- 🧀 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking Oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly greased with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. Mix in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion powder, garlic, and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine ground chicken, beaten egg, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Fold in the breadcrumb mixture and chill for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Shape the mixture into 20 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs and place them on the prepared sheet pan. Brush the tops with the remaining olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping after 8 minutes, until browned and 165°F (73°C) internally.
