INGREDIENTS
Base Ingredients
- Hawaiian rolls (12 pieces)
- 🧀 6 sticks of string cheese (cut in half)
Garlic Butter Mix
- 🧈 5 tablespoons butter
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Separate each roll and use a paring knife to cut a 1/2-inch slit on the side, hollowing out a small hole without cutting through.
Cut each string cheese stick in half and insert one piece into the prepared cavity of each roll. Arrange the rolls closely together in a baking dish.
Melt butter with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring halfway through.
Brush the garlic butter generously over each roll and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly golden and toasted, approximately 15-18 minutes.
