INGREDIENTS
Meats
- 200g of beef slices
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 eggplant
- 🥕 1 carrot
- Chopped green onion as needed
Staple Food
- 🍚 200g of rice
- 300ml of water
Seasonings

- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
STEPS
Slice the beef thinly, and cut the eggplant and carrot into small pieces.
Heat a pan with oil, add the beef slices, stir-fry until browned, then set aside.
Add the eggplant and carrot to the pan, stir-fry until soft, then add the beef slices.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce for flavor, mix well, then turn off the heat.
