    • 💧 3 cups water, divided
    • 🥦 3 cups mixed vegetables, frozen or fresh, chopped
    • 🧅 1/4 cup onions, chopped
    • 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
    • curry powder to taste
  • Thickening & Cheese

    • 🥛 1 cup non-fat dry milk
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 🧀 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, cut into small pieces
    • green onions, optional for topping

Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add vegetables, onions, salt, and curry powder, if using. Reduce heat, cover and cook until almost tender.
