- 🍒 1 pound cherries, pitted
- 2 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 🧂 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream, optional
ШАГИ
Gather all ingredients.
Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface to create six 5–5.5-inch circles.
Fit each dough circle into a 4-inch tart pan, prick the bottom with a fork, and trim excess dough.
Refrigerate tart crusts until well chilled, approximately 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Mix cherries, tapioca, sugar, almond extract, and salt in a large bowl.
Distribute the cherry mixture evenly among the tart pans.
Place the tart pans on a baking sheet and bake until the cherries soften and crusts are golden brown, approximately 25–30 minutes.
