Vegetables
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Oils and Condiments
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
ШАГИ
Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-high heat and add chopped kimchi. Sauté until fragrant and slightly yellow, about 300 seconds.
Add sesame oil and cook until kimchi is coated, around 150 seconds.
Pour in vinegar to coat the bottom of the skillet. Increase heat slightly and bring vinegar to a boil.
Add sugar and reduce heat to low. Cook until sugar dissolves and kimchi is browned, around 180 seconds.
