Seasoning

ШАГИ

Place half the ground beef on plastic wrap, shape it into a rectangle, season with salt and pepper, roll into a log using the plastic. Repeat for remaining beef.

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat, oil the grate, and grill the burger dogs perpendicular to the grates. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then 2-3 minutes on the other. Add cheese, cook to medium doneness, then let rest 3-4 minutes.

Toast hot dog buns on the grill. Spread each with mayonnaise, place burger dogs inside, and add ketchup on top.
