INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- đź§… 1/4 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligo syrup
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the base of the king oyster mushrooms and lightly brush off any dirt. Do not wash with water.
Cut the mushrooms into 2 cm wide pieces and score them with a crisscross pattern.
Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry the mushrooms.
Continue stir-frying until the mushrooms release their moisture and turn golden brown.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add 3.5 tbsp of soy sauce. Let the mushrooms absorb the sauce while simmering.
Add 2 tbsp of oligo syrup and 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic. Stir-fry briefly.
Add 1/4 stalk of chopped green onion and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp of sesame oil and 1/2 tbsp of sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
