    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
    • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Herbs

    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • Pastry

    • 1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed

    • 🥚 1 egg, beaten

STEPS

Combine the ground lamb, onion, chilies, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a large pot. Season with ginger and garlic pastes, white pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Cook over medium heat until the meat is browned and onions are tender, about 15 minutes. Mix in cilantro, cover and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut each into 9 squares, rolling out to 1/4 inch thickness. Spoon 1.5 tablespoons of meat mixture into the center of each square. Brush edges with water, fold to triangle shape, and press to seal. Place patties onto foil-lined baking sheet with an inch gap between each, and lightly brush tops with beaten egg.

Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot for best flavor.
