 - 1/2 red paprika

 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 1 tbsp cooking wine
 - 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 💧 3 tbsp water
 
STEPS
Place cabbage leaves in a bowl with 1/2 cup water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4–5 minutes.
Julienne the carrot, red paprika, and king oyster mushroom.
Boil the king oyster mushroom until tender, then cook the chicken breasts and shred them.
Layer cabbage, perilla leaves, julienned vegetables, and shredded chicken, then roll tightly like sushi.
Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the optional sauce ingredients in a bowl and serve alongside the rolls.
