INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 1 pound pork cutlets
Oil & Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Spices & Herbs
- 🌿 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Aromatics
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
PASSOS
Put the pork, oil, vinegar, oregano, and garlic in a glass or ceramic bowl or sealed plastic bag and mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the pork one piece at a time, waiting about 30 seconds between additions.
Cook each pork chop for about 7 minutes on each side until crispy. Serve immediately.
