- 12 ounces pasta shells
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup green pepper

- 1/2 tablespoon oil
Canned Goods
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, reduced sodium
- 1 can low-sodium diced tomatoes
- 🐟 2 cans water-packed tuna
