Vegetables
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced

- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Grains
- ½ cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
Seasonings
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- salt to taste
