Base Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup dry lentils
- 🧅 3/4 cup onion
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 💧 1/4 cup water
Seasonings and Herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Cheese
- 🧀 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
