Dough
- 1 (.25 ounce) envelope active dry yeast
- 💧 1 cup lukewarm water
- 🌾 2 cups bread flour
- 🍬 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 🧂 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Topping
- 🧈 ⅓ cup salted butter or margarine, softened
- 🧄 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 🧀 ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧀 ⅓ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Stir flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and oil; beat until dough pulls away from sides of the bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes.

Grease a baking sheet and place rolled dough on it. Spread softened butter on top; sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Rest while preheating oven.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake in the oven until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
