BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- π 110g Vienna sausages
- π₯ 270g peeled quail eggs
Seasonings
- π§ 1/2 tbsp sugar
- π§ 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- π 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- π° A pinch of sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Rinse the peeled quail eggs with water several times and drain them using a strainer.
Make small cuts on the Vienna sausages and soak them in hot water for about 10 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, gochujang, and corn syrup in a small bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat oil in a frying pan, then add the quail eggs and sausages. Stir-fry them together.
Add sugar and stir-fry briefly, then pour in the prepared sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
