BAHAN-BAHAN
Vinaigrette
- π 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- π§ 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- π§ 1 tablespoon chopped fresh onion
Salad
- 2 cups cooked white turkey meat, shredded
- π 1 cup orange segments
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- π° 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
LANGKAH
Wash hands with soap and water.
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all vinaigrette ingredients and shake well. Alternatively, mix ingredients in a small bowl using a whisk.
In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and toss gently.
Serve the salad with the vinaigrette on top.
Optional: Prepare the vinaigrette at least 10 minutes before serving to allow dried onion (if used) to rehydrate. Use white meat leftovers from a turkey if available.
