LANGKAH
Finely chop the onion, paprika, and perilla leaves. If they release moisture, pat dry with a paper towel.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
Add the egg, black pepper, and batter mix to the tuna. Mix until it forms a cohesive mixture.
Shape the mixture into three round patties. Flatten slightly to prevent breaking during cooking.
Heat a frying pan with oil on medium-low heat. Cook the patties until golden brown on both sides, flipping carefully.
Serve with tonkatsu sauce or ketchup for added flavor.
