Essential Ingredients
- π’ 1 block tofu
- π 6 tbsp tomato sauce
- π§ 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- π 3 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- π 1/4 chicken breast, shredded
- π§ 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
LANGKAH
Cut the tofu into 2-3 flat pieces and remove excess water.
Thinly slice the onion, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and shred the chicken breast.
Heat a pan over low heat, add a little olive oil, and cook one side of the tofu until lightly browned. Flip the tofu.
Spread 2 tbsp of tomato sauce evenly over the cooked side of the tofu.
Layer the onion, chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and parsley (optional) on top of the sauce.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
