LANGKAH
Roughly chop the tomatoes and crack eggs into a bowl, whisking them well.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour in the eggs, and cook until semi-cooked. Remove the eggs from the pan.
Using the same frying pan, add the tomatoes and sauté. Season with salt, sugar, and soy sauce.
Return the eggs to the frying pan and gently mix everything together.
