Seasonings

 - 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - A pinch of sesame seeds
 
LANGKAH
Cut the eggplant lengthwise into thirds, then slice into long strips. Optionally, chop green onions or scallions for garnish.
Spread the eggplant slices evenly in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for about 3 minutes.
Let the cooked eggplant cool slightly, then mix with soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
