BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, finely shredded
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
- 🥚 2 eggs
Wrapper
- 10 sheets rice paper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Shred the cabbage finely.
Drain the tuna and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the cabbage.
Push the cabbage to the side and scramble the eggs in the same pan.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the cabbage and stir-fry together.
Add tuna, oyster sauce, and soy sauce to the pan and stir-fry.
Dip rice paper in lukewarm water and place a spoonful of the filling on each sheet. Roll tightly.
Pan-fry the rolls in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown.
Serve with soy dipping sauce on the side.
