Cake Base
- 1 package spice cake mix

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Pumpkin Cheesecake Layer
- π§ 2 packages cream cheese
- π 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
- π 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- π₯ 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Topping
- 3.4 ounce instant pudding
- π₯ 1 cup whole milk
- 1 container frozen whipped topping
LANGKAH
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and spray a 10-inch springform pan with baking spray.
Combine cake mix, water, oil, and 3 eggs in a bowl and mix until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix, followed by pumpkin, 2 eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin spice until just combined.
Slowly layer the pumpkin mixture over the cake batter, leaving a half-inch border around the pan edge. Bake for about 1 hour.
Cool the cake completely in the pan on a wire rack (around 2 hours).
Whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened, then fold in whipped topping until smooth.
Spread the topping over the cooled cake, slice, and serve.
