BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧄 A small amount of green onion
- 💧 700ml water
- 1 stock cube
Seasoning
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp salt
- A small amount of pepper
LANGKAH
Prepare the ingredients: 1 potato, 1 egg, 1/4 onion, and a small amount of green onion.
Peel the potato and slice it into 1cm thick pieces. Rinse in cold water three times to remove starch.
Slice the onion into similar-sized pieces as the potato.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Beat the egg and remove the chalaza for a smoother texture.
Add 700ml of water and 1 stock cube to a pot. Add the potato and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Add the onion and season with minced garlic (0.5 tbsp) and soy sauce (0.5 tbsp). Adjust the taste with salt (0.3 tbsp).
Pour the beaten egg around the edges of the pot. Let it cook briefly before stirring gently.
Add the green onion and a small amount of pepper. Stir and turn off the heat.
Serve the soup in a bowl and enjoy.
