BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice Balls
- 🍚 210g cooked rice
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Transfer 210g of cooked rice into a bowl and mix with 1.5 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Add a pinch of black pepper and sesame seeds to the rice and mix thoroughly.
Shape the seasoned rice into two round balls using your hands.
Flatten each rice ball slightly to create a flat surface.
Place tuna in the center of each flattened rice ball.
Wrap the rice around the tuna, shaping it into a round ball again. Repeat for the second rice ball.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and place the rice balls onto the pan.
Cook the rice balls on all sides until golden brown and crispy.
Serve the grilled tuna soy sauce rice balls warm.
